Vlad is my second warcaster for this army and perhaps
the single most weird-looking figure in the product line. I totally
rejected the strange rigid cape that came with the figure. After
several failed attempts at sculpting a new one (how hard can it be???),
the cape was abandoned entirely and I signed up for a sculpting/conversions
class with Joe Orteza at Gencon. :p Apparently, I am am one of the few who will ever say they like this one, though it has lush detailing and is a beautifully clean sculpt. Part of my winning entry for Unit at Gencon Indianapolis 2005. |
