| I thought this sexy little lady would be a breeze to paint. Not!
The purple cloak offered me hours of blending agony. Something about the Vallejo
purples doesn't quite work for me. The scabbard started out more reddish but ended
up very close to the cloak because I used similar inkwashes for both. Still, she's
one of those rare sculpts that looks great from almost any angle. Painted June 2003. |
