Testuhara, Sumo Wrestler

 Undoubtedly the largest of the martial artists and my absolute favorite is the sumo wrestler.  We can see he is a lower ranked rikishi by his simple styled topknot, so his mawashi loin cloth is a classic red.  The silken mawashi is often ornately embroidered.  I tried to duplicate this with a pair of twin intertwining dragons on the mawashi. Unfortunately they are completely lost on the figure and can only be seen with extreme magnification.  My error in that you can get too small on a miniature after all. :p

He is mounted on a "Dark Age" Style 30mm base, set into his proper, larger 40mm base.  The surface of the smaller base was modeled to appear as the clay dohyo surface, complete with straw rice bales to mark out the boundaries.
